Bike Fit Process

Our bike fit process is a personalized approach that focuses on understanding your unique biomechanics and cycling goals. Here's an overview of the process:

  1. Assessment: We start by discussing your riding history, goals, and any specific concerns you may have to create a personalized bike fit plan.

  2. Baseline: We’ll set up your bicycle on the fitting platform to establish your baseline measurements and movement patterns while riding.

  3. Adjustments: Using advanced motion capture technology, measurements, and biomechanical expertise we will make adjustments to your bike’s positions.

  4. Exercises: You'll be guided through a series of on-bike and off-bike exercises and movements. As well as pedaling drills to assess your biomechanics in real-time.

  5. Fit Recommendations: At the completion of your bike fit you’ll receive a quality fit and your specific fit measurements, before/after imaging, and any recommended exercises or training tips.

Ultimately the goal is to address all contact points while emphasizing overlaying balance and efficiency with the bicycle under you. Throughout the session, you'll be on and off the trainer as we fine-tune your fit.
